ARC Assurance & Audit Services

This is a detailed combined Anti-Money Laundering and Safer Gambling audit which includes;

  • A detailed review of your AML and RG risk assessment, policies, procedures and training.
  • 2-3 days on-site or ‘screen sharing’ to review customer accounts and go over Backoffice and staff procedures.
  • A detailed write up including risk graded findings and recommendations.
  • A findings meeting with leadership and board to go over audit findings and discuss actions.
  • A day of ‘aftercare’ to return and review actions at the operator’s discretion.

This is a detailed Anti-Money Laundering audit, to assist any business with their Independent Audit requirement under section 21-1(c) of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017,  this includes;

  • A detailed review of your AML risk assessment, policies, procedures and training.
  • 2 days on-site or ‘screen sharing’ to review customer accounts and go over Backoffice and staff procedures.
  • A detailed write up including risk graded findings and recommendations.
  • A findings meeting with leadership and board to go over audit findings and discuss recommendations.
  • A review of the operators action plan and remedial actions for improvement.

In line with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017, all Luke ARC audits and assurance packages will;

  • Examine and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the policies, controls and procedures to comply with the requirements of the money laundering regulations.
  • Make recommendations in relation to those policies, controls and procedures; and
  • Help you monitor compliance with the recommendations.

A focused AML and Safer Gambling audit which includes;

  • A review of your AML risk assessment, and core AML/Safer Gambling policies.
  • A day on-site or ‘screen sharing’ to review customer accounts.
  • A shorter, but still detailed, write up including risk graded findings and recommendations.
  • A closing meeting to go over high level audit findings.

A detailed combined Marketing, AML and Safer Gambling audit which includes;

  • A detailed review of your M&A, AML and Safer Gambling risk assessment, policies, procedures and training.
  • 3 to 3.5 days on-site or ‘screen sharing’ to review customer accounts as well as Backoffice and staff procedures including affiliate management and third party due-diligence.
  • A review of your online marketing and advertising, including affiliate sites and white labels.
  • A detailed write up including risk graded findings and recommendations.
  • A findings meeting with leadership and board to go over audit findings and discuss actions.
  • A free day of ‘aftercare’, to return and review actions at the operator’s discretion.

A monthly rolling assurance package involving half to a full a day per month for dip samples of customer accounts and review of new policies or procedures. Plus weekly update calls, all tailored according to your needs.

We also offer an ‘Enterprise package’ for large or group operators, which carries out ongoing assurance work over the year on multiple brands and gives ongoing assurance and feedback. This package varies depending on your desired scope.
